It should have been excreted from your body now, but only just. You are still in a "grey" area! I would probably wait until Monday before doing a HPT (if you can!!).
(It usually takes 5 times the half-life of a substance before elimination is complete, and Pregnyl's half-life is reported as 23-29 hours. Taking the conservative approach, 29 x 5 = just over 6 days, so given your last injection was Saturday night, it is probably all gone, but not definitely.)
    Does that make sense?

Ok cool ta. I got a bfn on an ic yesterday with fmu. I had a bleed last night, thought it was AF arriving. No more overnight so did a frer this morning there's a faint but definite line. Will see what happens today. Not getting my hopes up as i thought it could still be the pregnyl.

I had to override fertility friend as it put my ovulation down for CD16. For once I am positive I ovulated on CD14, every single sign aligned and I had a 0.2 shift. I do have a fallback rise pattern so wasn't surprised that it took a few days for my temp to stay up around 36.5 but it insisted I ovulated on CD16 so I changed it. I don't understand why it ignored the CM, ferning, previous days OPK, and ovulation pain? Was definitely ovulation pain too and was on the right, which is where the dominant follicle was. Anyway, I attached my chart.

Hmmm...it's a tricky one!! I really hope it's "waitinghoping's" bhCG and not the Pregnyl. Repeat tomorrow, and keep us all posted!!
    Many, many best wishes!!

I agree with you; CD14 looks much more likely than CD16.
Fertility Friend is clearly being obtuse. OvuView has it's nutty moments too!

Thanks J. I've had no signs of ovulation this month, usually I get some signs. I'm glad I decided to chart this month, at least I have some idea that I actually ovulated. We've been dtd, but probably should have done more. We've been going every second day since my period stopped.
