Congrats Button I hope it all goes smoothly for you.

Maybee baybee I hope you B/T goes well.

Can anyone tell me what sort of signs your body may give that you are ovulating? I have my U/S today which will tell me but have had some differences in my body last 2 days so just curious.

would you mind if i stick around here for awhile. Im still a bit worried about my lining and this is such a lovely place thread.

    PS:
    as for the TWW symptoms.
There were none different than my af cycles. Only today at 15dpo have i noticed boobs a 'little' fuller and slight nausea (but i could be imagining it). the first 14 days of the tww absolutely nothing out of the ordinary. Same TWW cramping that I always have.
Button - your BFP is awesome! Clearly lots of lovely preggy hormones going on there so try not to stress about the lining. Your body will take care of that

I find that about 12hrs after I get my positive OPK I get specific pains in my ovaries. CM changes too. I also want sex more and seem more sensitive - even the backs of my thighs will tingle haha. I don't bother temping - but I swear I feel a shift in my temp. I feel a little heated and flushed and tingly. Sort of like how I feel if I have codeine...

CM = cervical mucus. And it's not a dumb question.
I agree with Tormy; it is not uncommon to get lower pelvic discomfort, often on one side, in the days before, during and immediately after, ovulation. However many women don't experience this, so do not worry if you are one of them.
A more reliable sign is increased cervical mucus (CM) which is like egg-white; that is, it is clear and stretches between your fingers (the so-called EWCM).

Thanks ladies. It's all so confusing when you know logically you aren't O because I havent had the trigger shot and Dr says without that I won't O but yet my body is saying something different. I've had no unusual pains but have had an increase in cm and can agree with comment about increased sex drive

Quick question - if I usually get cramping around ovulation, should I expect it every month?

Not necessarily, no. Can depend on size, position and side, of ovum being released. Cramping can also be due to a build-up of mucus in the Fallopian tubes, and this can vary from month to month also.

Gaggh the TWW is killing me this cycle! Currently sitting on 7-8dpo and I seem to be conjuring up all kinds of "symptoms" real or imaginary. Yesterday and today I feel little pangs in my uterus. For the past 2 days I have been peeing more than normal (up twice last night and night before). Feel a little warm and fuzzy (not hot but just heated from within). Feel pangs when I do a number 2.

I need to just chill out lol
