Default John Hunter Hospital Birthing Centre- any stories?

Im thinking about delievering my third there- have you given birth there or know of anyone who has? I would love to hear any stories (good and bad).

Ideally Id really like to try a water birth. Does anyone know of the facilities there?

I had my first up there, second I didn't make it to hospital til after! There are baths in the rooms & the midwives are supportive of water births. Actually I ended up having to go into the birth suites to deliver my first but because the midwife knew I had wanted to be in the birth centre she supported me moving around etc. I'm planning on going back there for this one too... if we make it there.
    All the best with it!
