    Default Extreme cramping no period

    I had my 3rd child 5 months ago and had my tubes done during my csection. Over the past week I have been getting the worst cramping and everytime u go to the loo I expect to see blood but nothing... Any thoughts???

    Have you had a period at all since you gave birth?

    I'd got to the doc to rule out anything immediate like a UTI or other infection.

    If everything simple is ruled out and you find you are having the cramps monthly but with no bleeding you may want to look into if you have uterine adhesions from the C-section?

    Definatly get this checked out. I kept telling nurses and Dr I was in pain and they kept telling me I was fine.
    Fast forward 3 years and I had a lap for endo and the surgeon found that my whole uterus had adhered to my stomach wall. Some of the pains I had were worse than the contractions
