When pouring it in, wouldn't it splash up everywhere and make a mess like vomit?

Lol how bizarre! My mind is blown that anyone would do it....

I double bag stuff like stews in a plastic bag and bin it.

I supposed really the loo is a bit more environmentally friendly....???

Still.... it's never ever occurred to me.

While the oil thing might be ok from a plumbers point of view I workfor a companythat deals with water/waste water, and oil is not ok, it's a huge PITA to treat at the other end which ends up costing heaps, plus, it's bad for the environment!!

As for me-nope, I normally dig a hole in my garden somewhere and empty it in there, when it's oil I put it in an empty glass jar and put it in the bin.

Haha, nah not everytime, sometimes it gets put in the bin, but honestly I don't have leftovers much, most of it gets taken for lunches the next day!
