    Yep this is it. Can be squished if you're flat on your back or only tilted slightly to the right.

    That's why first aid/CPR position for pregnant women is to wedge something under their right side so they are tilted left.

    Apparently tilting to the right side is better for digesting food faster and left side for sleeping
