I don't know why, but if i see a woman with really hairy armpits i feel like it's offensive. (Plz don't attack that comment)

If you want or shave your arm pits due to perceived hygiene or due to accepting society pressure that's your choice.

To ask unshaven woman to wear long sleeves to protect the stupidty preconceived perceptions of others is offensive.

To judge an unshaven woman is grossly offensive.

TBH though, I think this thread was started with the whole intention of causing a debate,

meh i dont care if people shave or dont shave, i really dont like the judgment either way, if you shave your doing it cause society makes ya do it if you dont then your a smelly hippy, Who cares in all honesty what does it matter, its like the posts about fanny hair i really could not give a monkeys what your fanny or your pits look like and frankly i find it disturbing that others do

I don't think that you can judge as stupid another physical and emotional reaction. I find armpit hair on women gross. It makes me feel creeped out. Tongue in cheek, I suggested that they should cover up. I mean it though, I wish I didn't have to look at it.

Agree. You want to shave, cool do that. You don't want to shave, cool again, don't do it. While I shave all my bits lol whether another woman has hair under her arms doesn't effect my life.

Well, I'm still sporting my winter coat and DH and I are at it like rabbits. I'd definitely give it a go.

I know for a fact it would have the opposite effect on my DH like I said before different strokes for different folks

Lol I asked dh if he'd find me more feminine if I let my armpit hairs grow and he looked at me like I'd grown an extra head. Maybe if I braided them and added ribbons or bows he'd come around.

My femininity has nothing to do with my body hair or lack thereof. It's just hair.

    ............

    Fascinating......

    Actually......

Now that you mention it my Df has been oddly "handsy" in the last few weeks I've been a bit furrier than usual.

Thank goodness I remembered to shave this evening because of this thread. Lol.
