    Default Very important question...

Don't peel! The peel has all the nutrients! I use the baby chat or new potatoes for mine

Washed potatoes with white skin I leave the skin on. If I'm using brushed potatoes I peel those.

    Always leave it on.
I prefer both the texture and taste with the skin. Even if I didn't, there's no way I'd be bothered peeling them.

My partner makes the most delicious mashed potato with skins in it. Fluffy, creamy and an awesome variation in texture (with no lumps).

My mum makes the best potato salad. She peels the skin AND mashes the potato.
