    Default Seasonal affective disorder.

Has anyone been diagnosed/treated for this?
How was it diagnosed? Where do you live? Did you move?

    Default Seasonal affective disorder.

I self diagnosed this as had all the symptoms.
I simply started a multi vitamin and started going for 30 minute walks In my lunch hour to get more sun exposure and have been feeling fine and sleeping a lot better since!

I wanted to eliminate all possibilities before seeking GP intervention!

    Good luck!

My GP suspected I had s.a.d. Did blood tests to check I was physically okay. Never got a formal diagnoses as we moved for unrelated reasons.

I had lived in the southern states and moved to Qld. Now I love winter, and spend lots of time outside in the winter months, and definitely don't have seasonal issues anymore.

If I visit the southern states during winter my mood takes an instant dive and I really struggle. I'm like a reptile. I need sunlight and warmth to function it seems.

    Hope you're okay OP.
