Default Symptoms eased off at around 9 weeks, can this be normal?

    Hi All,
I was having bad morning sickenss and sore boobs from about 6weeks right through to 9 weeks , but at 9 weeks my symptoms seemed to have eased off. At about 9 weeks my breast were still pretty sore and I was having bad heartburn, and then at about 10 weeks, all symtoms seemed to have stopped apart from a few bad headaches and some slight heartburn, but not sure if there are still pregnancy related. I have not had any bleeding/spotting or cramping.
Im 12 weeks tomorrow and booked in for my first scan next week, but I am worried about if I have had a missed misscarriage. Its my first time pregnant so not sure what to expect. I just want to know if anyone had there symptoms disappear like this but still had a healthy pregancy?
    Thanks in advance

I wouldn't stress too much. My symptoms stopped at about 10 weeks when I was pregnant with ds, he is now a very healthy 17 month old. I'm now pregnant with number 2 and my symptoms started a lot earlier and lasted longer.

    Good luck at your scan.
