    Default food stains!

    hi ladies, can you please share you secrets to getting food stains off bibs and the neck line of clothes?? i've tried soaking in napisan (and a few other different brand soakers) for 24 hours before washing and spraying with prewash stain remover but i'm still getting dark food stains on his lighter coloured clothing...

    You need the three phase attack lol.

    Spray with sard or similar. Leave for 10-15 minutes. Then rub with SARD soap (like a cake of soap) and scrub with an old toothbrush. Then soak overnight in napisan.

    Wash and hang in the sun. UV rays are awesome for getting food stains out.

    Easiest thing to do is not get them stained. I take off DS' t-shirt and use a plastic bib with arms. The bibs can be rinsed under the tap when done.
    For the odd stain I did get Vanish preen direct works pretty well.

    Default food stains!

    I rinse thing straight away and pop them into a bucket of nappisan. I have mild issues with tomato based sauces but they always finish coming out in the sun.
