Default Holiday with 4 kids, including newborn.

We've decided that after #4 arrives we're going to do a Fiji type holiday.
Baby is due on 1/4/13 but will probably arrive a week or two earlier going by previous pregnancys.
We want to go when it's still a sleepy newborn but also want to make sure it's had some immunisations.
What's a good age to aim for??
    We will have a 9, 4, 2 and newborn.
We are kids club and babysitter/nanny fans so somewhere where accommodates those things!
Also a place that includes all food or at least breakfast would be good too.
    Hit me!

I don't know if kids club will take a newborn.

I think 2 months is a good age. We went to Ireland when my son was 8 weeks old.

I have heard plantation island is awesome.

We stayed at the Sheraton in fiji (denarau) and it was amazzzzzzing! We don't really like kids clubs but the babysitters are so lovely!

Oh no! I wouldn't put the NB in kids club! Our other three are super active and would all love a kids club type thing.
I've heard about plantation island. I'll start looking at prices.

It doesn't even have to be Fiji. Anywhere hot is fine!

I've been looking at something similar, but we only have three kids. The trouble I've had is finding places that accommodate 'large' families. Once you have the third child it makes holidays more difficult and expensive I'm afraid.
Hopefully someone who has done this before will have more info
