    Default FSH injections and saunas?

Does anyone know if there are any issues using saunas or doing hot yoga prior to trigger shot? I know it's recommended not to get overheated and avoid saunas and hot spas during tww and early preg, just making sure its all ok while on FSH injections? Thanks for any advice

Hmmm don't see why not. If you've still got the information leaflet that comes with the drugs, see if it mentions anything

Thanks littledove, I'll have a look.
How are you feeling? Pleased to be heading back to work? Things settled down a bit now you're in the tww?

Yeah I'm back to work today, leaving for the airport in about an hour or do. It'll be good to get back to a bit of normality but I'm sure I won't be saying that when I have to get up early tomorrow morning. I have to say it is nice not to be jabbing for a little while, I got some mega bruises this time round, don't really know what I was doing wrong. How is ur jabbing going? Good luck for tomorrows scan, I hope youve got a nice follie on its way! Are you doing IUI this time or still timed BDing?
