Default I can't take it anymore!!!!!!

    Thanks so much everyone!!

I'm going to try to wear less to bed. I'm always cold going to bed but do find myself overheating at night.

I'm glad that not all baby's are as bad as everyone keeps saying they are! And honestly as much as I love my little bubba, I'm more and more ready to have her lying next to me in her bassinet, as opposed to inside me making me so extremely uncomfortable lol!!

    Thanks heaps

i know its cold i usually over heat and hence nightmares, try 3/4 pants and a tank top and leave the slippers and dressing gown by the bed so you slip them on in the morning it so works for me, especially seeing as we all run a lil warmer when we are UTD!!!!

I had nightmares too, it was terrible. One to this day, still haunts.... They were worse with my first and third as well. I've never heard that about over heating, where were you Girl X when I was pregnant?? he he he

I also slept alot better once I had my babes, but they too were good sleepers.

I would be interested to hear how you go, if you try not to over heat....

At the moment I wear long pjs and get into bed, but after 10mins or so I strip them off to singlet and undies before I fall asleep- but after the bed has warmed up!!
We also still have the flannelette sheets on the bed that I'm trying to get rid off but DH won't let me!!

I only have nightmares if I get too hot so maybe reduce your body temp a bit with lighter clothing, no socks etc.
