I will also be joining mothers groups, I have already looked up what is on at the local council and there are a fair few things to join and ill go along to play group as well as mothers group. I also have a few friends now with a bub staying at home or working PT so ill also hopefully meet up with them.

Thanks for updating the role call SL!

Dragonfly congrats on the little man.

Is everyone going to have or has has 3D/4D scans? I havent decided yet but people keep telling me its a once in a lifetime opportnunity and i should do it!
I paid for the 3D scans and I must say. My 12 wks ones were way better then the 20wk scans and they were not cheap but again it was only as little miss was on her stomach the whole time and wouldn't turn over as for cot sets I got mine as a deal for cot mattress change table and Matt plus a cot quilt set in boy or girl scheme for $500 at super Amart in dark wood I just done have the $$ for brand stuff not since we did ivf best of luck too u

Oh Mrs Simmo - I so know how you feel
    Im so sorry!!
Like I keep saying, you are doing the best you can. Don't worry about what the Drs say, just do what they recommend.
My levels on insulin were really high and I was on it 4 times a day.
Just remember, insulin is there to help you. They can increase the dose as needed.
    I know its frustrating.
I always wonder what a 'normal' pregnancy is like! haha
So sick of my diet and I just cycled 12 km's - I'm so tired!!!!!
hold your head up - you are doing great!

With second hand cots, i read some sids research yesterday, it's recommended to get a new mattress, there is something about what microscopic things are harbored inside the mattress. I brought a bassinet of eBay but will get a new mattress. We have ordered the stokke cot ridiculous price, but the only cot I can find that goes right next to our mattress, same height and you can take the side off. Change table arrived today! Not going to unpack it until I finish work in 3.5 weeks! Can't believe it, 10 weeks to go!!

Just having a whinge... My tummy feels so tight! It's awful, and my belly button looks like a smurfs hat and is really sensitive! :-(. I have been taking my vitamins and rubbing the Burt's Bees almond oil on, but I can already feel everything stretching! I'm worried, I am 27w tomorrow and am not sure how much bigger I can get without lots of damage! Lol

Agreed with beta on the new mattress thing. We are borrowing a bassinette from either our friends or my SIL but will be buying a new mattress
