Greb, I am not sure about this, I reckon you should definitely email the manager with the girls name. That is such bad service, and bad service annoys the crap out of me, you pay good money for things and people have these attitudes...

SL - I usually put a bit of pressure on my belly if bubs isn't moving too much! lol DH hates it when I do it, and I have since stopped as most days I now get something going on.

Not sure if this has been asked or not, but all you experienced mumma's do you recommend getting a breast pump before the baby is born? or wait

I plan on breastfeeding (all going well) but thinking if I have excess or DH can feed a bottle at night so he can have some bonding time. What do you think?

I got one as soon as I got home from hospital. Luckily the lady lived around the corner from me and was able to drop it off (I'm talking when my baby was 6 days old.. that early!) I would say get one cause I used it so much (think I told you all this, but horrid BF time and pumping saved my milk supply)
If you are planning on BF you can always hire one and have it delivered around your due date or get DH to go get it before you get home
I do recommend one just because of my situation, but some people don't use them at all!
sorry, I dont know if i helped at all!

Yeah It makes sense to me to get one, I remember we had a massive discussion on it, but I didn't add it to my word doc that I keep so I couldn't remember (baby brain) a friend of mine said not to bother, but I think I will, better to be safe than sorry. (yes remember your story, hopefully this time round a better experience)

SL have you felt your baby move since?

It's too early too feel kicks for me but it sounds like another stressful time.

Good question about the baby pump. I definitely want to BF but just say there is a problem with my (.)(.) or milk and spend all that money (probably get a double pump). Maybe I should wait. Don't believe in hiring this stuff hate to think other people have used it no matter how many times it's been sterilized.

    Morning ladies

So I felt nothing all day yesterday from bubs and last night I got a couple of kicks - it was a great relief lol!!! This morning baby has been way more active than yesterday and is moving right now : )

Breast pump discussion - my SIL actually has her old which she was going to give to me but it kind of feels a bit like second hand underwear....so I might buy one - not totally decided yet though. But will definitely have one before baby is here - staying on the positive side. If unfortunately for whatever reason I can't produce milk or we can't make BFing work then I'll take it back.

On the producing milk subject - I was thinking about this - I remember someone was saying they had leaking nipples already?? I've had nada so I hope this is normal for where I'm at - it does seem early to start leaking I guess...

I kind of feel the same about second hand pump
Yay - I'm glad you feel the same about the pump....I haven't tried squeezing my nipple to see what happens! Eeeks!

I have the leaks. Mostly at night time or if the girls are unrestrained. It's annoying.
I would like to buy a breast pump before bubs, but depends on finances I think. Wouldn't buy second hand though, agree that it would just be kind of weird.

when you use one, second hand isn't the worst thing
you buy new cups and new tubes.. the machine actually is only used by the hands.
I know it seems gross, but if you can borrow one till you know if you will use it, that is probably the best idea (you just need to know what brand so you can buy the new parts)
I leaked with DS at around 17 weeks. nothing this time yet!
I leaked so bad that I had to wear pads all the time! so annoying!
didn't mean anything though, my milk didn't come in till he was 6 days old!
i was looking at my pregnancy book from DS yesterday, this pregnancy is NOTHING like his! I wonder if I have a girl?? mmm....

Mine started leaking last night, only when touched Quite a lot came out so I expect they will leak by themselves shortly. It actually started at around 7 weeks for me but was the smallest amount. Honestly didn't expect it would happen to me, I have the smallest boobs. Dh was freaked out totally last night, he doesn't like the girls anymore! Maybe because I tried to make him taste it I actually think he doesn't like how big my nipples are now
