    Hi Meshell23,
I had a c-section with my twins. I was not given a choice. I thought it was a really lovely experience. I can't help with the natural birth as I had never had one, but the c-section has fine. Takes abit to get over. I am having another one. You can take your camera in. Your husband can sit beside you. It is not that bad at all. I wish first time around that I new what I now know. This time I am just going to enjoy it.
As for natural birth. The girls in my Mothers Group all say, As long as you keep your pain under control all is good. One of the girls had no pain relief and did't
need it. I think the fear is of the unknown.

All will be fine. Kel x

If I was to use hunter I think middle name would be a James maybe?

I love William also though a close friend has a William and I LOVE LOVE LOVE the name Chase but once again friends baby name. The joys of being one of the last out of your friends to have a baby.

And Benjamin is on my short list though I think its too long to team with Christopher. Though I prefer benjamin not ben I think its a sweet name, maybe cos all the boys I know named ben are sweethearts
We must think alike ds name is Benjamin and this little one is William. We also like Morgan, Liam Jackson and Connor.

    Love the name Ivy!

Sorry to be a stickler but I'm over the royal announcement already. Totally think that the lady who is about 6 wks preg after regrowing her ovaries after having cancer is way more exciting.

SL - Hmm didn’t think about cardigans, might get a few light ones. Awesome point re the foldable feet and mittens, I think I unintentionally bought one lot, might get another just in case.

Meshell, I love the name Christopher for a first name, though DH has vito’ed it. We have Hunter as our top 2 for boys names, Its my cousins name and we love it, nice and strong. I haven’t actually asked, but not sure if he gets the C word as a shortened name. I actually don’t think it was shortened when he was younger. His surname was more his nick name. I agree with Nic though, it doesn’t really fit with Christopher (James flows really nicely though) as the second name, but when do you really call them buy their full full name? only when they are in mega trouble! Lol
    Liking Mason Christopher too

Nic, Zoe is my all time fav girls name, though it really doesn’t go with my surname so gutted we can’t use it!

Happy for the royals and all that, can you imagine the pressure of conceiving that was placed on them??

Getting my carpets cleaned tomorrow luckily we only have carpet in the lounge room… looking at all the books in the bookshelves… better get cracking…

I haven't bought much clothes wise... I will wait till after my baby shower and see what I need... My Nanna always said not to buy anything but nappies and singlets before they are born, and that you can get everything else once they are born... I don't know that I will go that far but I am not going to worry too much, my sisters have all had kids and have boxes of clothes for me... plus being in Perth I reckon it will live in singlets and nappies mostly anyway!

Names I haven't thought about much at all... we had our names decided 3 years ago and we still like them so it has been 1 less thing to think about!

I love Lawson and Fletcher though, they are 2 of my nephews names :-) We also have a Liam and a Ciaran... Girls are Georgia, Chelsea, Idella and Ava... We are going for Myles Keith and Elizabeth Katie... I often rub my tummy and ask the bub whether its a Myles or Elizabeth... do you think we need back ups? Incase bub doesn't look like what we have chosen? A friend asked me if we had some the other day... I hadn't really worried about it... maybe cause we are so certain??

I actually have a friend called Huntley, i call him Hunter. Its one of DH's best mates so he was a little against calling our bubba Hunter because he said Huntley would think we were naming it after him...but i still wanted it!

He has never been called the word your worried about, but again his name is Huntley.

a couple of other girls name i like are Darcy, Layla, Lila, Zara but i think my favs at the moment are Ivy Anne and Zoe Anne.

Our last name is basic so luckily enough it foes with those names.

Cot is getting picked up tomorrow!! Yay.

Sending out baby shower invites today, its all happening.

As for size of clothes, i still dont have heaps. Prob have 6 000 jumpsuits and then a few other bits and pieces, but i am waiting until after my shower.

For the people with 2 cars are you buying a car seat/capsule for both cars?

Its almost time to begin my maternity leave application, not looking forward to it, but am excited it will be getting done!

We have a name picked out and have done for awhile, however we are not telling any of our friends or family, just in case we change our mind. My husband is Indian so it will be an indian name which means something to us. Middle name will be our Grandmothers names combined.

Some happy news. Just got to be there when my friend did her first pos and found out she is preg. Feel so excited and happy for her and extremely privileged to be a part of the most memorable day of her life ( till bub is born if course). Thinking of getting her her first baby gift. I know its very early but I think its nice to be able to celebrate for her since she is not telling people yet. Thinking cute rattle thoughts?
