    Hi girls,

Sorry to break the positive trend we've got going but today I got my 2nd BFN.

Both DH & I are shattered. Don't know why the first round worked & the last 2 haven't.

Seeing Dr O'Dowd tomorrow to see where to go next.

    Kate

I'm sorry too Kate. Hopefully your dr can give you a new direction to go in. It's just devastating and seems so unfair.

Goldie, I hope your 12 week scan goes well. Such a milestone -- will you start telling everyone after the scan?

It's not looking great for me either. I've been bleeding a fair bit and this afternoon it got quite heavy. Clinic told me to increase crinone. BT not til December 3. I did another POAS when I got home -- very faint positive. But with all this bleeding I don't see how the emby is going to be able to stick it out in there. It's my husband's birthday and I've been sitting around crying most of the evening -- feel like a pretty poor wife right now!!

Beckjebs- wow 17weeks, does it feel like the pregnancy is going faster the further you get along? My blood test is on Friday morning .

Kate- I'm so sorry to hear, and it really sucks . Fingers crossed next cycle is the one! Xo

Betty- I really hope bub is hanging in there, if it's any reassurance I had alot of bleeding with my first & I was sure that he wasn't going to make it even right in the very beginning, but he has... You are not a horrible wife, all these added hormones make us extra emotional and I'm sure heis understanding... Xo

Afm- I've been up all night feeling really nauseous and wide awake... POAS and it was a BFN ... Only 2 days until my blood test and I really don't know... Feeling crappy from the progesterone the last two days also, feel aweful and painful down below like the beginning of thrush??

Aww Betty, don't be too hard on yourself. This process affects you both so I'm sure your hubby would be upset too if bubs doesn't make it. Hopefully fullofhopes first experience makes you feel a little better about the bleeding? I don't know anything about that sort of stuff sorry. Did your nurse say what might have caused the bleeding?
Thanks for the luck for the scan, I'm so nervous!

Hang in there fullofhope, all is not lost until blood test. You might just be slow going on the hcg so might be too low to POAS. I wish you the best of luck!

Scan completed! Everything looks good, 2 arms/hands, 2 legs/feet. Everything is where it should be. Risk for downs is like 1 in over 5000 so very low risk, considering I started off as high risk just based on my age. So all is good. So happy!

    Its hugging the placenta!
Thanks Betty, yes so relieved to know everything is ok. I can start telling people now, even though most people already know.

Goldy- thank you & naw your scan pic is gorgeous! So glad all is well!

Where is everyone, seems very quiet?

Afm- well today I'm still nauseous & hungry... Count down is on & I'm trying to remain positive that maybe these symptoms are due to pregnancy... It's already been over 30 days since my af and it hasn't arrived but that's not unusual having PCOS... fingers crossed...
