Also you're apparently more fertile the cycle after a m/c.
Yes Channy! But seriously, see how you feel when you O. If you think it's ok then go for it - if not maybe take hubby's advice.

Welcome MrsSG and good luck to you too! It turns out when I told my mum I was pregnant with DD she has a basket load of baby stuff that she'd been buying on the sly since I got married-just waiting for an announcement LOL

Yes MrsSG I too have been buying a few things. A friend at work suggested to start accumulating things before we start TTC so we can spread out the cost. I haven't been going overboard as we are trying for our first & I really have no idea what I'll need.

How is everyone going? Welcome MrsSG!

I'm CD12 so hoping to ovulate very soon. I got a very faint line on my OPK so hopefully it is approaching! Its always difficult for me to pinpoint due to mixed symptoms unfortunately! At any rate I'll be having a BT on CD21 to see if I ovulated or not. I really hope we don't have to have too many tests, the thought of going down that route is very scary, especially after our first was natural. But better to know than not!

    Enjoy your weekend everyone

Hi BeckR and MrsJinks yes I have to say that the thought of spreading the costs while we still have 2 incomes is appealling - well that's a good excuse anyway

Channy how are you feeling about everything, hope you are going OK.

BA how are your OPK's looking?

This 2WW is killing me, I am only 4DPO and it has felt like forever already.

Has anyone made massive changes to their diet? eg cut out coffee altogether? I am off the wines (almost as hard as the TWW, he he!) but still having a coffee in the morning... not sure if I should cut that out all together but sheesh - no wine, no coffee... eeeck!

MrsSG- I have been collecting bits and pieces but more decorative than practical lol Hnag in there with the tww, it goes so slowly!

    BlondeA- How are you going?

AFM not much going on here, actually enjoying having this month off as I am not thinking about OPKs, temps or the tww, actually DTD for fun instead of procreation and feeling so much better now all the blood tests and bleeding is finished. Good luck ladies, hope to see some BFPs in here this month!

Ok I am going to go and fix up the testing page, bloody mobile skin grrrr!

I haven't changed my diet much - just aiming to eat as healthily as possible! We don't really drink much alcohol, but I have made an effort to cut out caffeine! I usually stop it from CD10 until the end of my cycle. But that's only because its taken a little longer than we expected to conceive so I'm willing to try anything! If you like tea, there's one called Roobios which is really refreshing & caffeine free. All of the supermarkets have it

Sounds like a lovely break! It really begins to wear you down after a few months of the same thing. You will feel so refreshed! Enjoy yourselves

The lines on my OPKs are looking darker now, so we're aiming to get busy every night until they fade! We didn't DTD as much last cycle. While it seems a bit of an effort now, at least if we don't conceive this cycle, we can say we've done everything that we could IYKWIM
