Default Gastro during pregnancy. Possible TMI

So I woke this morning with diorherra and have vomited once. I in now it's most likely Gastro but as in am on holidays I haven't eaten a meal I have cooked myself in over a week. I am worried it is food poisoning. I have had 3 mouthfulls of powered trying to keep hydrated but I have only kept 1 in.

When if at all should I start to worry. I don't like my chances of seeing a doctor today and think the hospital seems like an extreme idea. But I am worried about bubs too.

A friend had gastro recently and is preg, spent 3 days in hospital getting rehydrated, if it were me I would go get bubs checked and your own hydration checked. Get well soon.

I got gastro twice in my first trimester. Had the radio doctor out once and ended up in casualty second time as I was just soooo sick. Try and keep up your fluids as much as you can. It's ok to fast. If it gets too bad or you can't keep any fluids down that's when you need to get to the hosp for a drip. Good luck, it's awful

I was wondering what the title meant- gastro surfing? Yuck! Will change it for you.

Meanwhile, do you have any hydralite on hand? Have some of that JIC, gotta keep your own levels up.

I had gastro A LOT during pregnancy, but it was more a symptom of my massive constipation (TMI). Could this be an explanation?

I am in a hotel room. I am lucky to have the powerade.

I don't normally dehydrate easik t. I once list 10% of body weight and no symptoms but my lips have been dry entire. Pregnancy. So thinking I an dehydrating easier now.
