    Default Family Daycare Providers

Does anyone know how to become a Family Daycare provider??

Do you need to do a course? What course??

I would like to start doing this but have no idea where to start if someone could point me in the right direction that would be great.

As far as i known you need to be qualified in early childcare (TAFE course is fine), so you also need your First Aid... They come and inspect the area in which you want to hold the day care, so you need to have areas that are safe for all ages.

Thanks girls I did a google search and all I could find was that you need a first aid course and to do an induction, so I wasn't sure if you need to do a tafe course too.

As far as I can see you don't so I will give them a call tomorrow.
