    Default Conceiving after miscarriage.

I recently had a miscarriage and wanting to start trying straight away but I'm doing the right thing and waiting for my first period then trying afterwards. Just wanting to hear some successful stories of other ladies that were in a similar situation and conceived quickly after miscarriage. Need a pick me up and lighten my mood for the day and see that there is hope.

I spoke to this hospital and the recommend to have a period because they can then track your dates better. Is that the only reason or is it to know you are completely healed and there's new lining?

I had 2 miscarriages one after another before I conceive DD2. My
OB told me I didn't have to wait an they'd just do a dating scan which they did and shes now a healthy 3.5 year old
It's my understanding you are more fertile right after a m/c.

I'm sorry you had to go through a m/c. It's awful

It took us almost a year to fall pregnant, then I miscarried. I was dreading another long period of TTC but fell pregnant again about 3 months later with DD.

Good luck, I hope it happens quickly for you.

We conceived only a couple of months after a D&C for a blighted ovum. I am now napping next to my 6 month old baby boy

It's given me hope I'm excited to try again. Fingers cross it works prob goin to be tmi but I've had the urge to dtd so I don't know if it's a sign I'm feeling better? I'm so glad that there's happy endings to the stories.
