    I like pearl but not Layla.

    Ruby and Pearl go nice together.

    I wouldnt do it because its a bit matchy matchy with the gem theme, BUT alot of people have 2 (or more) flower names like Lilly and Rose, so why not? If you love it, go for it.

    Love Layla. If you wanted to use both names, I think Layla Pearl flows better than Pearl Layla.

    I think both are beautiful names but id go with Pearl. I dont think it would sound strange with Ruby. I know of so many Layla's being born at the moment!
