    Default Fitness - VBAC2

    Hi all, I was wanting to find out how important your fitness was in achieving a vbac? I am keen for a VBAC2 in Dec and I have always been a healthy weight but I don't exercise! My previous cs were due to head not engaging and failed inductions (plus a bit of impatience!), this is my final crack at natural childbirth and I want to do everything I can to give myself the best shot.

    Default Fitness - VBAC2

    I got a personal trainer when I decided I wanted a VBA2C and I walked DS1 to school every day.
    I definitely think it helped, she specialised in pregnancy and women's health and was awesome!

    ok i am not overweight or anything but really unfit...other than the normal kid-wrangling and living in a double story house.. i had every intention to "get fit" and to be honest it never happened... it probably wouldnt of helped... i think especially afterwards since i actually struggled with recovery? as in all my muscles etc (since they werent used to running a freaking marathon of birth) etc... hope this helps! and good luck with your upcoming birth.
