    Hi all

I saw the FS today but not too much to tell you all. We are starting cycle#3 from my next AF which is due in about 2 weeks. I'll be doing a long cycle again (Bummer!) and mostly the same drugs...with a few tweaks to improve egg quality hopefully, although it's actually not too bad anyway.

Our embryo quality was pretty good so he thinks it's just a numbers game really.

Pickup won't be until May for me so I really need to find a hobby to fill in all this waiting time!

Good luck with your 2nd cycle twiglets. What did your FS say? Are you doing anything different for 2nd cycle?

    Hi to everyone else

Good luck MrsErin and Twiglets! I'm about to hit CD1 of my first FET cycle, hoping to transfer my two frosties. Has anyone here done a FET yet? I think I might be first. The meds are MUCH easier than an IVF cycle - just estrogen orally three times a day. No needles at all. Remains to be seen whether there'll be any side effects.

How are all our pg ladies going? NAT256, have you got internet at your new house yet? Debstar, hope the m/s is settling down now and you're feeling more confident about bub sticking around. Gentoo, how many weeks are you now?

It is good to hear from everyone that they are traveling well! Good luck with FES and IVF cycles ladies.

AFM, hyperemesis is.kicking my butt and I have been to hospital several times. No matter how much water I drink it never seems to be enough and I am.constantly dehydrated. I am also sick of dry boring food and am.desperately hoping to.turn a corner soon. I am not relaxed and not enjoying this.pregnancy as I.keep waiting for.the worst.to.happen and I am.so.run down. I.don't feel like I have bonded with bub yet. I am grateful and know I shouldn't complain at all. I hope to get past.these feelings soon.

Hi ladies. It has been quiet for a while!

Best of luck with the FET, Roro - I'm keeping everything crossed that this is your cycle! It's great that the drugs are less intense - must be a relief not having to do the needles.

I hope the acupuncture helps you with this cycle, Twiglets. I've heard great things about acupuncture helping during IVF, and I hope it will do the same for you when you start again in a couple of weeks.

Sorry to hear you have to wait till May, MrsErinR. Hopefully you'll enjoy TTCing the natural way next month!

I hope your hyperemesis settles down soon, Debstar. And I hope you reach the place of finally feeling at ease and safe with your pregnancy soon. (Let me know if you do - I'd love to know how to get there myself!)

AFM - I'm 16 weeks tomorrow. We had a great result for the FTS but had the iGeneScreen anyway and got a great result from that too. It is a big relief! Despite everything seeming to be going so well and our little fetus seeming healthy, I still have little freak-outs. I'm good for a few days after a scan, but then start worrying about what's happened since then. We had an OB visit this morning and our little alien is still kicking around, so I guess I can relax for a few days now! I've been lucky so far - the only real symptom has been some pelvic pain. (Spent a week or so feeling like I'd fallen hard on one side my butt. Thank goodness for physio!)

I've told my boss and a of couple colleagues, but otherwise we've so far kept this under wraps. I look fat, but I don't think anyone's figured it out. My mum and sister are flying over the weekend after next, so I guess the cat may be out of the bag when they get here. We'll also be seeing most of DH's family in mid-April for a birthday party, and we're debating not saying anything and just waiting to see who is brave (or stupid) enough to be the first to ask if I'm fat or preggers. (I suspect I already know who it'll be!)

We still don't know the sex, but my hairdresser thinks it's a girl (based on my "hot" scalp). Of course, her theory is based on crocodiles.....

I hope everyone else is well. Best wishes TTCing, ladies! I can't wait to hear of some more successes.

I'm back!!!! Finally!!!! And what a brilliant welcome back to the internet to see that pic MrsErinR!!!! You've made my day. I'm thrilled to bits to see the two lines. I've been going out of my mind not being able to keep up with my over 35's and I tried to check in once at work (all sorts of filters to get through on the internet) and I wrote you all a big note but then it wouldn't let me post it. Frustrating! So as of today I just collected my new laptop and my new wireless device to get access at the farm. I'm in a motel tonight testing it out so I'm crossing fingers it all works when I'm back home but so far so good. Anyhow. I've read through all your posts and love finding out the updates. I won't respond to all now, but I'll be more in touch soon. AFM....our twins are identical GIRLS!! I was dead set it was boys and am still in shock. We had our 20 week scan a couple of weeks ago and everything measured perfectly. Both bubs are free of any signs of Downs, Spina Bifida, heart probs etc so we remain incredibly blessed. I'm now 22 1/2 weeks and still travelling really well. We older mums rock pregnancy!!! I'm getting pretty big but I'm loving it and will take every bit of uncomfortable for what it is bringing us. As I said, I'll check in with a better update and response later, but I wanted to see how you're all going and tell you that I'm back in 2013 with technology and looking forward to reading more good news soon. xo
