    Hi ladies,
Looking forward to my FET cycle with clexane and presnidone.
I have decided if it's another Chem/BFN I will go for further testing- like a endomentrial biopsy before risking the last 2 embryos.

Feeling a bit 'blah' about the chance of things working- probably because of so many failures.

Hope everyone else is travelling along well. xoxoxo

Hi Ladies thanks heaps for the support as always you are full of support and knowledge.
DH is probably the one with more doubt than myself but I think we really have no understanding of the impact this has on our partners.... whilst taking the next few months to look after my self and loose some baggage its also to give him time to absorb that we will be doing another cycle as he was finished and me of cause was still in the wishing wanting needing faze.......

Fort I understand that negative thought pattern sometimes during our journey its tough going to be strong and hang on to hope after the setbacks. I still feel like im going to have a bub one day because all these opportunities keep coming my way and surely its not just so I can keep forking out cash and hope im gunna have to be rewarded .....bloody hope its soon tho as im not getting any younger

micca how did you go yesterday??????? I have been stalking waiting to see if you have started.

Hi to all other ladies I shall endeavour to catch up on your journeys.

gosh you know I thought I wrote a reply yesterday...maybe I was just dreaming it in my sleep addled mind..lol...

ok ... so my cycle was cancelled...sigh.. I was not suppressed enough.. my estrogen rose from 226-479 from CD3-5... so follicles were definately happily growing... I think that the DHEA may actually interfere with my suppression..so I am only taking 25mg this time. Anyway I was not too upset as I just felt not quite right...as well as having a lot of stressors with bushfires, work, DD... so cycle has been postponed for 3weeks as I return back on the pill for 2 weeks and then lucrin again in 1 week...lets hope that this is it ...lets just say I am the queen of reorganisation.

    Tens.
..Im so glad you accepted the embryos...that is fantastic..sounds like you have a nice plan happening... DHs can be funny creatures... men are really from Mars.. I hope that DH is able to understand your need to give it another go.

..Im glad that you have a plan as well...sounds like a very good one. when will you aim for transfer??

    mcg.
.. lets hope that the syneral has you well suppressed.. not long to go now...

Sunny...woohoo for all the paperwork finally done... and great news that the PAP all ended up ok...such a worry to have something like that happen when you are in the last stages of planning...so exciting to be moving forward.

    have a lovely weekend everyone..

Micca.... Sorry to hear your cycle was cancelled. I'm guessing it will more right next time. Gosh aren't we good at organising all these appointments, jabbing etc inbetween our "normal" life.

This is my first cycle with Syranel so I'm not entirely sure what's it's supposed to be doing, how I'm meant to be feeling etc. Are you saying that your cycle was cancelled because Syranel (or something similar) didn't work well enough? The FS started me on it earlier than day 21, as he said he wanted to bring my EPU date forward (due to him going to a conference and not wanting to land during that time). It sounded good to me at the time, but now I'm freting, as I can't find much about people who've done it like this. Also I have no idea now when AF is due? I'm thinking AF should come on Monday (date of BT and get meds), but I have no idea, as I've read a few posts saying Syranel has delayed AF in them. I guess I'll find out soon enough.

I'm so far behind with all your news.
mgc - what I've learnt doing ivf is it seems to be tricky to plan things to go the way you want. I ended up with epu and transfer when my fs was away which wasn't good but i'm not sure if it made any difference to the outcome.

micca - i've been on dhea for 40dys now and no sign of AF. I'm concerned it's affecting my hormones. I've been on 75mg, think I should reduce it too. Been on melatonin at night as well.

fort - good luck this time.

    tens - good luck.

afm I'm so late with AF I'm blaming it on the DHEA. I'm waiting to start. So hard to time. Been trying to juggle work around it. Always a bit stressful but somehow manage.

Kenta.... Yes, I did wonder if it would make much difference which FS ended up doing the EPU and ET, but after researching which FS to go with it would be disappointing if the dates didn't work out right. I've never wanted AF to come as much as I want it to come in the next two days!! The rest of our life we always curse when it comes - absolutely crazy!!!

micca sorry to hear your cycled was cancelled guess if you didnt feel right its probably a smart move- we tend to be more in tune with our bodies than those ladies that dont do ivf...

kenta - mcg I know what you mean we are quiet often praying and begging for af before the cycle then after we begging and praying and will donate arms and legs for it to stay away..... it must be the month for missing af mines been missing since my last cycle in December....

    Hi girls,

I have stayed off here for a while as I pursued an avenue away from my FS.
It was crap, never eventuated and basically it wasted 2 months of time with false hopes, unmet promises and commitments and a whole heap of cow poo (lady like!!)

So, as much as I am quite disheartened with my own FS and the clinic and only have one frozen day 3 from donor eggs left, I am moving forward with planning to head OS, probably the States and see how I go there.

LAT ME SAY THIS TO EVERYONE (APART FROM ONE) ON THE LIST...BE CAREFUL THAT YOU DON'T DELAY "PROPER" TREATMENT TO ENHANCE YOUR CHANCES OF THE EVER DESIRED BFP. DON"T BE DECEIVED BY ANYONE PRETENDING TO BE A MEDICAL FERTILITY SPECIALIST, BY THAT, I MEAN AN ACTUAL "DOCTOR".

It is the cruelest of all cruels to have someone on THIS IVF forum offer something they were never capable of delivering. At 45, it wasn't helpful to have a member of THIS forum do that and I have just wasted 2 months. We all know IVF for us at our age is so difficult emotionally and financially that nobody needs the added crap of deception. If anyone offers fertility treatments, get them checked out by the AMA. I did, and there was no such Doctor, no such program, no such anything.

Anyway, onwards and upwards. No feeling sorry for myself as it was an all too good to be true scenario. She even offered to have our costs covered through the research program if we needed as surrogate from the States but couldn't give me an appointment, an address, a medical registration number or anything. It was like the old adds where you buy the grater and get the vege peeler free!!

Hope you are all going well. Hugs to everyone!

    DJ

DJ - Initially I was caught up in her hype too....googled her and nothing came up about her. I sent her a PM with a few more questions about her 'free trial' and the PM was never even opened.

Sadly, I think there maybe quite a few people on Bubhub that were caught in the web. It is just plain cruel that people can pray on others!!
