Roxie and soclose, I wonder if like I am considering, you would consider donor eggs?

Hi fortitude. Our FS is pushing us to go down the donor egg path but I am in two minds about it and dp says definitely no. We don't know anyone who could be our donor if we did decide to try donor eggs. I have been on various websites looking and it seems like there are a lot of couples waiting for a donor.

I wonder what the average waiting time is for a donor?

Fortitude - thank you so much!!!! After reading that you had a mature egg that was 13mm I have hope. Will let you know how I go.

Roxiej Welcome! In answer to your question there are a lot of things that are suggested around diet and supplements. Just go back through our previous thread and in particular the things written by Micca. Basically: no caffeine, low fat healthy diet, wheat germ etc.
Going well, it's hard to know what's happening and just wait without wondering if there is anything growing inside. Next test is scan in the 20th.

I've can relate, I've never been on anything under 450. It knocks me around a bit with mood and headaches. Oh the joys of it all!

Yes I know that feeling . I was on 300 and it was fine up until the end and then towards trigger, if there was a bit of stress in my life it would take on calamitous proportions... all I can say is my poor DH. Thankfully it doesn't last forever!

Yes I know that feeling well wanabemum. I would go off at my dp for the smallest most trivial things
Thankfully he is very laid back although he thinks the DHEA makes me worse. Put both of them together and I'm a walking time bomb lol
