Fortitude! Wonderful news!!!! Great to hear that things are coming along.Like you I seem to have a lazy leftie. Not sure why...?
Micca - how are you going? So far you sound like you are progressing really well. Woohoo!
Leannep - how is it with you? Looking forward to hearing how you go.
Sunny - thanks again for the diet tips. What are you up to cycle wise?
    Everyone else hello!

AFM - I have been flat out at work. No real news from me except that I am seeing a new FS and this time Im not messing around. I have booked 3 so I have a back up and a selection to pick from as I want to be sure that one of them will throw a book at me and give me the kitchen sink plus extras! Amongst them is Wazza who cant fit me in until March next year - popular man. Im still loving my green drink but haven't really been dieting the way I should - my excuse is that work and a disruptive routine is to blame but I will get back into it. Hope everyone is enjoying some warmer weather. It has been lovely and sunny here in Sydney. Good for melatonin/vit d.

Wow Wannabe, that Wazza sounds VERY popular! great idea booking 3- see what approaches they suggest, then go with your favourite option. The Human Growth Hormone is working well so far- all my main follies are similar size- no big lead one. Hope the quality is there too.

Having fun with my "Yin" foods. Might look it up online- all new stuff to me.

    Fort xoxo

wanabe.... good for you booking all those appointments.... Id go for wazza... you can go on a cancellation list and often will get to see him within a month..
He is just so lovely and caring and is really pro at getting you pregnant what ever it takes. He is also very blunt and will tell it how it is. So far I have had one fresh cycle with him and it did result in pregnancy (chemical) which is pretty good in my books. This cycle I am on the kitchen sink...
Glad that you are enjoying the green drink...I find if I miss it I go into a bit of withdrawal..lol.. I had a chocolate brownie and homemade peppermint icecream..yum yum.

wanabe.... one word dont take dhea if you have PCOS it can make things worse. And get your testosterone tested at least once in 2 months. When you come to start your cycle... drop your dhea down to 25mg.. at least 4 days prior to baseline test...otherwise your progesterone will be high... (I learnt the hard way with cancelled cycles)
I get mine from the states... I use the progressive laborities label..they had good reviews... I usually take 2 dhea extra and 1 normal, I also buy my inositol and melatonin from them as well... very cheap..takes about 2 weeks to arrive.

I was on the full 75mg of DHEA for 3 months running before cycling and my progesterone was fine, not high at all, so it might not affect everyone that way. I understand DHEA is a precursor hormone, your body decides whether it will end up as estrogen or testosterone and there's no way of knowing which until you try. Also it builds up in your system which is why it takes a couple of months to start having an affect, I wouldn't have thought reducing the dose for a few days would have an affect on progesterone if that was the case.
leanne, how are you feeling? Not sure but I gathered from your post you are 8 weeks pregnant, is that right? If so, congrats.
Fort, your haul looks like it will be perfect! Not too many so good quality and all a nice even size. Can I ask a favour and get your list of foods, I'm always interested in that stuff.
Micca, good luck for your scan, I think I might do a bushwalk today too, the weather has started out lovely here in Perth.
    Have a lovely day everyone.

    Annette:
YIN Tonics: (1st half of cycle) (avoid anything very cold- ice, icecream, chilled food- in preference is warmed food- eg stir fry over salad)
Apple, asparagus, egg, honey, kidney bean, lemon, mango, oyster, pea, pear, pineapple, pork, stringbean, tofu, tomato, watermelon.
YANG Tonics: (2nd half of cycle)
(Aim is to 'warm' the body through food)
Basil, chive, cinnamon, clove, dill, fennel, garlic, ginger, lamb, nutmeg, pistachio, rosemary, sage, thyme and walnut. Not too much green tea.

My plan is to make a dense dried date, walnut and spices as above 'ball' as a once a day treat. Bit like a rumball- without rum!

Something like this but add cinnamon, nutmeg, ground clove too.

Another recipe I saw had dried aproiots too. But I will aim for low added sugar- only the natural fructose.
