No news yet. Will get an update in morn. Last I heard was 8 had been injected and the embryologist was not concerned that 3 weren't suitable as that's pretty common

Wonderful news rainbow, that is a great fert rate! I hope all 6 are still going strong on transfer day

MGC- how's your TWW going? Hope you're keeping occupied and sane, and that your embie has latched on nice & tight

    Me too

Still nervous, but a lot happier knowing we've got 6 in the running.

I will probably not be allowed to transfer two. I only want to transfer two if there's one that won't make it to freeze anyway, but we'll see.

I've booked in some pre and post transfer acupuncture, for tomorrow (because they only open at 7:30 on Saturdays, and my transfer is at 7:15) and saturday at 9am.

There's a beautiful embryo in my uterus now!!! 8 cells, even and no fragmentation!

    Of my 6 embryos:

    1 has been transferred
    2 have been frozen
2 are being watched and may be frozen - they'll call me later to update me
    1 not suitable for freeze.

    Pretty good result I think!

I'm on my way to post transfer Acupuncture now

RainbowRoad....congrats on being PUPO. Yes, I'm thinking your age is definitely on your side, so I'm sure it will work for you.

AFM.... My pregnancy BT is Friday, but I think I'm bust. Yesterday (Sat) I had one spot of blood, today (Sun) another bigger spot, but that's it. It's like AF is teasing me - if you're going to come, just come and get it over and done with. What I'm so annoyed with is though I told my FS that my usual cycle is 28/29 days, I also told him that AF came early in both my previous IVF cycles (22 + 24 days), obviously due to all those drugs. This means that if yesterdays blood was the start of AF, then my beautiful embie may have implanted, but hadn't yet had any chance to send messages to keep AF away and will have been washed away now. DH is even more furious than I am, as he remembers me telling the FS this, and obviously the FS hasn't factored early periods during IVF cycles into the equation. Has anyone else experienced this? (ie. normal cycles, but early ones following IVF rounds).

I've not experienced it but did your FS put you on pessaries or crinone?

Also, could it be implantation spotting?

I really hope it's the latter, and not what you're thinking.

If it is shorter, then your FS should know that that is a problem and LPD is of course a hindrance to getting pregnant.
