    How far are you travelling?

When DD was 7 weeks, we took her from Singapore to Sydney (8 hours) and it was fine as she slept for a fair bit of the trip.

With the formula, we use the s26 sachets, so we could mix it ourselves into room temperature water (bolied and cooled) without having to wait for a flight attendant. (It wasn't our usual brand but DD doesn't care. If your brand doesn't have sachets, I guess you could always put some in a smaller container with the scoop).

    Other tips:
Ask for a bassinet seat. That way your hands are free while baby sleeps.
If you're flying with your partner, ask the flight attendants to serve your meals one after the other so one of you can hold bubs while the other eats.
Walk bubs up and down the aisles if getting restless.
Many airlines let you take your stroller right up to the gate, so you don't need to hand it over at check-in. Then you just collect it at the other end.
An obvious one, but take a few books and toys to keep baby entertained.

    Good luck!
