    Default Daylight Savings

    Hi all,Im just after suggestions on what to do about bedtime when daylight savings starts soon.. Is it best to slowly bring it back to the regular time?

    Move to Qld or wa!!! Haha.

    When we visit the ILs in Vic over summer I take block out curtains to put over their windows. My girls are sun sensitive and will not sleep unless it's dark outside.

    My 7mo DD is in such a great routine i hope daylight savings doesn't mess thing up too much! Subbing for advice

    I have found my ds to adjust without any major issues.

    If you use block out curtains in the room to darken it, I wouldn't imagine it would be much of a problem getting to sleep at night if it's going to be a bit brighter.

    As far as schedules go, try adjusting nap and bed times by 15 minutes to compensate for the hour time difference.
