dyso80 - Congratulations! How very exciting

KS09 - good to hear that you got some normal ones - good luck for your transfer

Good luck to all with activities on for wednesday, looks like it will be a busy day. Looking forward to hear how everyone went.

Welcome and best of luck to the new ladies

AFM had my first BT today, and was just told to continue puregone at same dose and come back again wed morning for another BT. Also had and ENT appointment today, have had lots of problems with tonsillitis in the last 12 months so may need to get my tonsils out. ENT specialist said that I can wait and see over summer - hopefully I dont need surgery, would need to take 2 weeks off work and obviously cant be TTC/pregnant. Now I just hope I stay well and get pregnant, trying to boost my immune system with lots of vitamine C, olive leaf extract and probiotics.

And just to vent a bit I had a **** day at work, very stressful at the moment with way too much to do and other people not doing their job as they should which really upsets me and all this stress can't be good when trying to get pregnant. Okey time to have a big glass of red and calm down....

Congrats to the pregnant ladies! How inspiring!

I just jabbed myself for the first time, feels like it's really happening now... Dr said he could see 8 follicles in my day 3 scan this morning -- what are the parameters for a 'normal' number??

Thanks maybebaby, for your warm wishes.

Good luck to futuremamma, chances, wishful, KS09 and jen80. Am sending you all positive vibes and crossing everything too (even some things that I didn't think were possible to cross - oo-er missus!)

GStef - nice to see you. Your FS sounds awesome! What a lovely woman. And taking a break as well as getting fit and healthy sounds like a great plan. Will be thinking of you.

And hello to all the new people! I'm new too.

AFM, well, after being told on Fri afternoon that I couldn't start jabbing on Fri night cos my oestrogen was too high at 800, I had a BT yesterday morning so they could see what was going on. They called yesterday afternoon to say my oestrogen had dropped back to baseline, and to start jabbing on Tuesday morning! What a surprise!

So, did the first one this morning (300 of Gonal-F). Didn't hurt at all (I know the next ones are supposed to, as the needle is bigger!) Only thing, I had a quick look at the instructions in the box afterwards and it says you're supposed to keep the needle in your skin for 10 seconds after injecting, before you pull it out. The nurse never mentioned that to me. Oops. *shrugs*

BT on Friday (will be Day 4). I think my biggest worry is that as my AMH is so low, I might not have enough eggs to even make it to EPU. But, I must remain POSITIVE, right? *snaps self out of it*

Hope there's good news for everyone today.

Oh, yay, we're totally 100% cycle buddies, aren't we??

Good luck for tomorrow! Can't believe how many follies you've got. I've only got 11 or 12, but last time I got 10 eggs from 11 follies so hopefully it will be similar this time.

Sariele and wishful, good luck for epu tomorrow, I'm sure you'll both do great!

To everyone else, I have been reading but not up to personals, Ben feeling sick!

I am 8 dpo today and started with flu like symptoms last night. I have back ache and have blocked sinus etc. feeling pretty bad and getting a cold sore. It's really not like me so I'm hoping its a good sign, but not sure. Anyone else ever heard of this?

    Baby dust to us all!

    Jen x

Jen - can be for sure, as if you're UTD your immune system can be supressed and you're more susceptible to getting sick. Or so I've heard, anyway.

Wishful - I only feel pains in my ovaries when I sit down (i.e. putting sudden pressure on them), but then I've only got half the follies you do.
