Good luck for ya scan today wishful! Hopefully so nice sized follies for ya.

And the ladies at EPU and ET today - let us know how you went?

AFM it a of drama lol not ideal because i didn't realise i was meant to refrigerate my pregnyl...turned out not to be a big deal but i had a sleepless night! Already been into the clinic and about to head to work now.
My Bt is no next Friday 9th Nov

I posted this info in the 2ww forum too and thought u ladies might find useful-It was based on a 3 day transfer:
1dpt ..embryo is growing and developing
2dpt... Embryo is now a blastocyst
3dpt....Blastocyst hatches out of shell on this day
4dpt.. Blastocyst attaches to a site on the uterine lining
5dpt.. Implantation begins,as the blastocyst begins to bury in the lining
6dpt.. Implantation process continues and morula buries deeper in the lining
7dpt.. Morula is completely inmplanted in the lining and has placenta cells & fetal cells
8dpt...Placenta cells begin to secret HCG in the blood
9dpt...More HCG is produced as fetus develops
10dpt...More HCG is produced as fetus develops
11dpt...HCG levels are now high enough to be immediately detected on HPT

Not so much as I was a couple of days ago, but I'm definitely having some very subtle weird feelings down there.. almost like pre-AF but a bit different... hard to explain. I've started jabbing Cetrotide as of yesterday, so that may have changed how things feel down there.

That's excellent news, I hope they keep growing for you!

    GL for your scan!

AFM - I have my first scan tomorrow morning. I am so interested to see if my follie numbers are any better being on an antag. protocol. I shouldn't be getting so caught up in those thoughts though, otherwise I'm going to be disappointed if there's no improvement.. Crossing my fingers that I'll be ready for EPU on Monday -- just to get it out of the way more than anything else! Lol.

montesum - I'm guessing you've already been to EPU - what's the verdict?

    And jen80? How's things?

    GStef- how are you feeling?

Sariele and wishful05 - how did your scans go?

AFM, well, AF arrived on Tues afternoon. I called the clinic and they said that Weds would count as Day 1, but they didn't have a scanner on Thurs for Day 2 testing. So...they've asked me to come in on Fri morning for 1st BT and scan, and they'll call me at 2.00pm that day and tell me how much to use for injections starting Fri night.

I normally take tranexamic acid for AF, as it's very heavy and interferes with my daily life. Checked with the clinic and they've told me to not use it during this AF. So I have to deal with a horrendous AF and be worried all the time that I'm going to have an accident. *sigh* Never mind. But I do feel sorry for the poor nurse who'll have to do my scan on Friday morning.

Hope everyone is doing okay today, and can't wait to hear some good news.

ophelia1971 - sorry you're going to have to cope with such a heavy AF. Good Luck for your BT & Scan!! Look forward to hearing how you've got on.

chances - thanks for the info & glad to hear all went ok with the pregnyl

wishful05 - how did your scan go? Good to hear you're coping well.

Sariele - good luck for tomorrow & hope you got EPU booked for Monday - there's too much waiting in this IVF game!

Montesmum - hope EPU went well!

& good luck to everyone else!

afm I'm still jabbing away. Had a scan on Wed & lining is looking good at 7.7 - well, that's good for me But levels still too low, follies still too small so back tomorrow for another BT. I'm having loads of twinges & pains & am so bloated I can hardly fit into most of my pants (maybe the twinges & pains come from trying to squeeze into them - lol!). With levels so low it seems bizarre!

    Default October/ November cycle buddies

So has anyone else on their 2WW broken down & done a POAS. I have & so far so good 3 definite positives I'm trying to remain level headed until my blood test on Monday but this stage last cycle all I had was BFN. I feel so bloated, only way I feel comfortable is to let it all hang out (my gut).

I hope everyone else is doing great & fx for us all

Dyso80 great news, that sounds very positive. I always POAS early! Not much point today though as I have just had transfer.

AFM, transfer went well, 2 grade A 8 cell embies put back. They looked great in the pic, so I'm really hoping they stick. Had acupuncture this morning and back again tonight so fingers crossed it does its magic. Our 3rd embie is at 6 cell and looking ready to go to 8 and it will be frozen today so yay for a frostie too!

Hope everyone is well, I have been reading!

Good luck and baby dust to us all!

Sariele - how did your scan go

Maybebaby77 i know how you feel!

AFM had my scan today with a much better outcome, looks like there is about 10 on each side, much better result than the 4 first time round still a little small but much improvement from monday, another scan on monday and looks like epu will be wednesday - she sounded really optimistic that i might have enough to try to get to blastocyst stage
