Default Liam and Mia - too similar?

DH and I have finally decided on a name we both like which is Liam. However our little girl is named Mia and I'm not sure if the 2 names are too similar.

    Thoughts?

I think they are both beautiful names and they don't sound too similar at all.

Default Re: Liam and Mia - too similar?

I think they sound lovely together, esp as "Mia and Liam" ("Liam and Mia" is a little harder to say but as Mia is the elder I guess her name will mostly be said first Iukwim). And yes they have similar letters but in reverse order, so I don't think they look too similar. If you love the name, go for it!
