How bad was the cramping? I had mild period-like cramping right from the start through until about week 8 or 9, it's just everything stretching.
If you went to the dr I'm not sure if there is much they could do except tell you to wait... Even if you did go for an ultrasound it's probably too early to see a heartbeat at this stage.
Wishing you all the best xx

Pale pink is good. Lots and lots of people have all sorts of discharge and bleeding in the first few weeks. I
I'd just lie down, try and relax and monitor it.
Aches, pains and cramps are very normal. Lots of stretching and your body shifting into pregnancy mode.

Hi, hope this helps. I had mild cramps from week 4 to 7. At week six I had a small bleed. The cramps felt like my af was coming and it was quite off putting. I hope you're ok.

It's very hard but try to relax and not over think it. Lots of women get bleeding and go on to have normal pregnancies. Cramps are quite normal too. Lots of changes and things going on causing it.
I hope you can manage to just relax and try not to worry about it too much. Hugs.

i reckon if its pink, you're fine. Totally normal to get spotting. If it gets heavier or you get really painful cramps maybe head to the dr? i'm sure you are fine though.

I just found out I'm preggers, 4 weeks today and have this light crampy/twingy feeling like a dull ache and also have a tender/sore lower back. It's freaking me out because I'm worried about another miscarriage but my nurses have said its completely normal.

I did ivf & when my m/c started the nurses said it can be normal to bleed during pregnancy but if it turned to bright red bleeding seek medical help... Unfortunately mine started as dark brown blood when I wiped to bright red & clotting (ended up in hospital having a m/c) my cramps started the following morning & were quite painful.... Leading up to my m/c was just period like pain, but pregnancy can look like that too
