    Default Abdominal separation pain

This is my second bub and I had slight separation with the first.

This time around I'm already feeling discomfort in the area and the midwife is advising to wear an abdominal binder to help.

Anyone else experiencing this or worn a binder during pregnancy?

    Default Abdominal separation pain

I am currently bilateral in the back with separation and questionable in the front.... My physo told me to wear support pants but then go from top of tummy to part way down the thighs, I am 15.5 weeks

Normal support pants or pregnancy specific ones?

I find the binder so uncomfortable

I am not sure, I think just normal ones but you would have to get them from the chemist or a place like that, I looked in k-mart and the shaper and support undies don't do the trick :-(
The support pants are a bit pricy but I put a pair on and it helped a lot!
