Default High temp and 11mobths old

Ok so DD has a chest infection and she is on antibiotics.
Now DS 11 months has a 39.2 dergree temp out of nowhere?? He is laying on the floor in his play pen :-( I have just gotten out of bed. I have given him nurofen, but he must be feeling like rubbish :-(
Would you go to the doctor or just sit it out?

I would wait it out. The temp is because of the infection. If nurofen alone isn't working I'd give Panadol too.

I would wait it out too and try not to reduce it too much. The temp will be helping with the infection.
