Default Light bleeding at 18 weeks

    Hi All,

I'm off to see my OB very soon as this morning I have had very very light spotting (bright red blood) twice this morning when I went to the toilet. I can feel bubbles/ or flutters in my belly so hoping thats an indication that baby is healthy. So scared as the last time I bleed while pregnant I had a miscarriage at 11 weeks. Has anyone had bleeding at this late stage of pregnancy. So scared!

    Thank you

Default Light bleeding at 18 weeks

I bled on and off until 27 weeks, at times they were huge gushing bleeds. Was mainly due to a low placenta.

Good luck, I hope all is well

Thank you for both for your kind words. So happy to say at this stage everything is OK Phew!!!!OB said maybe it was due to a lower placenta, but she doesn't seem to concerned. Had a blood test to see if I need an anti-D shot (as I'm A Neg) - OB will let me know... she even thought it was a boy too!! She said she wasn't sure, but when I go for my ultrasound next week I should know for sure So happy to hear and see baby happy and healthy today Thank you for your kind words x

Default Light bleeding at 18 weeks

I started bleeding at 13 weeks and it finally stopped at 17 weeks! My goodness it's stressful because no amount of 'bleeding is normal' comments make you feel better!!!!
Ps my 4 week bleed is going to be 2 in 11 days!!!! Arghhhh
Bleeding can be normal and nothing 
