Default Best shoes for a 3 year old?

My son is only 17 months but we always get him fitted for shoes at Betts for kids they have a pretty good range and lots of different sizing for different shaped feet. We find it really hard to find a good shoe because he has long slim feet and ankles and they're often to wide but Betts always has ones that will fit him

I have a wonderful pair of nikes for ds.. They are very light weight and supportive.

My 3 year old also wears nikes. He has couple of pairs and the best part is they have Velcro not laces so he can put them on himself.

I get most of mine from endless.com , they have great brands and a variety of styles, the main ones we get are: converse, Nike, Ralph lauren, keen and puma

My kids get 2 pairs of shoes a year- Pablosky- from Shoes N Sox. Sandles in summer, covered shoes in winter. They are expensive, but despite getting worn every day, once DS1 grows out of them, they go straight to DS2- they are superb quality. I have tried other brands, but in my experience, they don't go the distance.

We go with Clarks or shoes n Sox. I have tried other brands but they never worked out esp with dd1 who has long feet and high arches. So I suck it up and buy 2-3 good pairs a year, and reuse then for dd2 if I can

I prefer shoes by Skeanie and Saltwater sandals for shoes she will be wearing any length of time.
