Good luck. I'm on cd2 after provera and a 139 day cycle. The pain is crippling.

Thanks. Pain seems to have died down but that could be the pain killers and vodka haha!

Hi ladies. Sorry to crash your thread - I havent posted in ages. Since about may my cycles have been regular. I attributed it to losing some weight but then while on a long holiday I put most back on but cycles kept up on their own. Well I bought some OPKs to see if everything was actually working and they were negative for the past week. Last night husband and I and didnt use protection (it all happened so quick lol) So anyway out of curiosity I did an OPK today and it was POSITIVE - after neg one last night. What do you think my chances of being pregnant are? We have only just started talking about baby # 2 and dont think I am quite ready yet.... Of course any baby would be a blessing after having to use Clomid for Emily. Thanks for reading!

    Welcome back miss Mac!

Positive OPK! Big chance! Good luck

Does that mean you will be a regular again?

Hi Kellymac, nice to meet you. You're definitely in the running for a BFP if you had a positive OPK and bd at the right time
I noticed you wrote that you were on clomid for your first baby. I have PCOS too and am currently taking clomid (2nd cycle). My first cycle on clomid gave me a BFP, but unfortunately that ended in miscarriage. How long did it take you to conceive your first while on Clomid? I am hoping it won't take me too long to fall pregnant again. Also, did you use ovidrel to help with ovulation and did you have LP support i.e. progesterone pessaries or HCG injections?
Sorry about all the questions... it's just that I am pretty anxious about this whole TTC thing and I like chatting to women who have had a similar experience

Thanks Merls. I may be a regular again even though this thread is technically for bub #1 and for those actively trying to conceive of which I am neither lol. We were planning to start to TTC #2 in Feb after seeing my OB/FS again. Anyway maybe we wont have to - will know in 2 weeks!

Hi Nini. Don't worry about too many questions - ask away!!!! I often still read this thread and have been following your story. So sorry to hear about your M/C. We were lucky enough to conceive on Clomid cycle #5 which was actually only the second cycle that it worked and I ovulated. I didn't use anything else except metformin alongside the Clomid. I started on 50mg on the first cycle and was up to 150 on cycle 5. If that hadnt've worked my FS was going to move me on to injections.

Something strange! Had progesterone bloods this morning that have come back negative regardless of a positive OPK and temp rise. What the ????

Just when I thought I could interpret my body, something throws a curve ball!
