Started provera tonight.. not looking forward to next week. I hate AF after provera! It probably doesn't help that i'm CD100. Oh well.. bring on AF so I can start charting BBT properly.

Yeah have found that. Last night seemed to work ok. Literally had it half way through my meal and was able to sleep through and today at work I'm ok so far. Will continue this and see how I go. Did it work for you M?

    Hi All,

    How is everyone going?
I am currently CD28 - if/when I get AF I am going to get my second opinion from another doctor and then maybe to see an FS - just wanted to give it one more month so that we have now been officially trying for 12 months :-(

Poor you Petepie, I know how u feel. I am CD101. Started on provera yesterday so I'm hoping that kick starts a shorter more regular cycle.

Hi girls... haven't been on this thread for a long time... sort of migrated over to the IVF threads see signature.

I was just wondering... a friend of mine went in for their IVF pre-tests yesterday and she told me the ultra sound tech told her she had 32 and 24 follicles on each side of her ovaries... She doesn't know if she has PCOS and hasn't had it diagnosed before but to me this sound likes PCOS? YES? NO? She didn't ask me about the number (she knows i have PCO) and seemed all good as the tech didn't actually diagnose her or anything, she has an apt with their FS in a couple of weeks.

What other explanations are there for excess follicles? Should I tell her she may have it? or leave it to the FS? Any advice... please!!

    Thanks

    xx
