I got clomid from my original OBGYN. The GP wouldn't prescribe it as you need to be monitored.

I had another ultrasound today and bubby now weighs 3.5kg!!! I then went to an appointment with the OB and he said that bubby is not engaged at all and we can't attempt an induction until he drops down so I will be monitored until 39 weeks and if he hasn't dropped by then, the OB is suggesting a c-section as bubby will be getting pretty big by then. I really hope I don't need a c-section.

Why is that FP? Nothing was doing for me at 37.5 weeks either but I was still induced at 38

The OB said that an induction won't work if bubby is not engaged. Was your bub engaged when you were induced KellyMac?

good luck familyplanner961 - can not wait to hear the news of your bubs safe arrival

AF showed her ugly face this morning so that means a CD43, going to see my family doctor hopefully in the next week and see her opinion and she might give me a referral to see an FS - it's so frustrating
Going to go on a detox/diet and try and loose some weight - I am not obese just slightly overweight so if I can loose some weight that might help.

    Thanks :-)
    Hi Ladies,
I am CD5 AF arrived last week :-(
    Had a 43 day cycle.
Trying to find the time to go to another doctor to get a second opinion to see if she thinks I should go see a FS yet or not.
Started diet today to try and loose some weight so hopefully that helps.
Hope you are all well and had a great weekend :-)

Well I think things are getting closer now. I lost some plug yesterday. I was totally freaked out because I was expecting a snotty like mucus looking thing but it was just bright red, sticky spotting. I rang the birthing ward and they assured me that all is fine and unless I start getting contractions or it gets heavier, there's nothing to worry about.

My OB was on leave this week so I seen the midwife. She said that bub really hadn't dropped at all and I said that there were times when it felt like he had come down a bit and then goes back up. She warned me that was a sign that he may not be fitting between my pelvis but the OB will make a judgement on Monday.

I'm glad she said that because, although I really didn't want a CS, it gives me some more time to get my head around the possibility of it. In the end, I'm going to trust my OB to do what is best for me and bub.

I think next week some time, I'll have my little man!!!
