Oh noooooooo. That's bad. Really bad. So sorry. I wonder what kind of GF would encourage that? I would be very turned off a man like that. Grr.

my hubby wont even hear from his daughter as her bm will "forget" to let her ring or text or message. Such a shame that the respect doesnt go both ways as every mothers day we take sd shopping for something special for her mum. This year it was a necklace with all 5 of her kids photo engraved on it.
yes there are deadbeat dads but theres also good ones who deserve respect for trying even when their life is made difficult by the ex.

My kids are automatically with their dad on fathers day, even of its not 'his' weekend with them. Isn't this the norm?

In our court agreement it says so. It's disgusting that even that won't make him spend some quality time with his child.

Do we know the GF has encouraged it? Who knows what the story is.

To the OP- that is pretty rotten!

Like perhaps one of those cases where the dad says to the GF 'she wouldn't let me see my child on fathers day'... Then the GF goes on bubhub and complains about what a biatch the BM is.... If my boyfriend chose not to be with his child(ren) on fathers day, I'd kick his **** to high heaven. The attraction would be gone with the wind.

My ex said his gf was upset at how much time he spent with his son so he stopped seeing him (a fortnightly weekend arrangement). Then when they split up blamed me lol. I think he should've been thanking me but anyway.

Sigh. No. We don't. But she would be well aware it's fathers day.
