    I love any pizza that has a chickpea puree instead of tomato sauce. Fave pizza of all time is lamb and baby beetroot pizza!

    Subscribing because I am all about pizza. I am in love with it.

    I think bacon is one of the best key ingredients you can use on a pizza. Lately I've been using some of that shredded ham from the deli - whilst it may not be premium ham, it makes the pizza taste like one you get from a pizzeria.

    One of the nicest homemade pizza's I've had included: traditional tomato pizza sauce base, marinated chicken, bacon, mushrooms, avocado, mango and a couple of other things (can't remember now) and a drizzle of BBQ sauce before topping with mozarella. So good.

    Default Favourite Pizza Toppings

    If I make at home: olives, artichoke hearts, pineapple, fire roasted capsicum, capers, ham and lots of cheese!!

    The pizza place nearby does an amazing roasted pumpkin, pine nut and feta which I love.

    The pizza place near the IL's do an AMAZING vego one- I think the vegies are all fire-roasted first, and the potato is mashed.. it's divine! I've tried to replicate it but failed!

    When making for just DP and I, I use a WW recipe of just oven roasted pumpkin, low fat bacon and a sprinkle of cheese. So easy and yummy.

    Otherwise we just do a pizza with the usual ham/bacon, capsicum, sometimes pineapple, sometimes fresh tomato, onion, cheese, sometimes egg.. really whatever we have lying around that needs to be used up!

    Default Favourite Pizza Toppings

    I'm making pizza now
    I make the sauce with tomatoes, oregano , olive oil and a pinch of salt

    The topping I'm doing tonight ;
    Fire roasted red capsicum, red onion, basil, feta, sliced cherry tomato and fresh mozzarella with a drizzle of garlic oil - DS loves it too but for DH I put a few slices of proscuitto on top for him
