    Default Need help deciding.

Dear hubbers I need your help.

I am a mum of 2 boys (2.5 years old and 9 months old). My husband is adamant that he doesn't want to have any more children, to the point that he wants to get the snip done. Unfortunately, I am still not sure. I always wanted to have 3 kids and I still hoping to get a girl.

I worry about financial strain of having 3 kids as well as physical/emotional one.

So here is my question, Do you think we should have another one? If I won't have one would I regret it later?

I was watching a movie the other day where couple was getting married and mum was getting her daughter ready and I actually started crying as I would never experience it. (I know its silly )

Can you wait a little while?. Having 2 kids under 3 is full on. Once they are a little older and a bit more independent maybe try talking to your husband about it then.

The financial side of things with 3 are not that bad. You can always downgrade things in order to have another child. It also gets busier but not so much that is too hard to handle.

    However...

I think the question you have to ask yourself is "How will I feel if I have another boy?". If your husband is adamant that he doesn't want any more and you don't get that little girl that 'you will help to get ready', will it be worth the strain that you will put on your marriage by arguing about it now?

I agree with the PP, I think this is something that you should wait a little bit longer for, before you ask your husband again. Feelings can always change.
