How many weeks are you? Usually you need to see gp to get an ultrasound to confirm that there is no longer a heartbeat. Then you can choose to have a natural mc like I did. Did you see a sac come out. Oval shaped maybe size of small mouse that wasnt a clot? If so the mc should almost be over, but if you are still bleeding red in a few days time it may not be over yet. I bled fir a total of 3 weeks. And only 2 days of red after losing sac

Mine stopped growing at 6 weeks and still had hb for 3 weeks. I remember having brown spotting from 6 weeks for that 3 weeks then went red for 2 weeks then brown for last week while hcg went out of system. Eat lots of iron.

Yeah I've defiantly passed the sac, and the pain eased as soon as it passed.

I am sorry for your loss. The red should stop soon then brown for about a week. A neg poas should happen when brown stops. When it is about 2-3 days after nothing on preg test that is counted as cd1. I am on cd 12 after my mc

    I'm sorry for your loss.

I had an ultrasound a little while after my m/c, and also bloods to confirm negative levels (as I wasn't feeling well and was worried about an infection). I didn't need a D&C in the end, it all passed naturally.

    I'm sorry for your loss.

I passed the sac naturally but still needed a D&C because I had 'retained products of conception'. Best to go to the doc and get checked out, hopefully you've passed it all naturally.

    Take care of yourself
