    Default Need virtual hugs.

I'm 9 weeks 6 days. Last night at work I started bleeding. Straight after work I went to hospital. Checked my cervix, good news, it was closed so no impending miscarriage. Next part is the ultrasound today to check the baby is doing ok and still has a heartbeat. Just so worried. Running on a few hours sleep since we didn't leave hospital till 1. Any one been in the same scenario?

I had a bleed at 14 weeks with DD. It's very stressful isn't it. Good luck and huge hugs, I hope your bubba is ok xx

I hope everything is ok. This hasn't happened to me but I can imagine it would be extremely stressful!

Easier said than done, I know, but please try not to worry! Bleeding in early pregnancy can be very common and doesn't always indicate anything sinister. The news about your cervix is great, focus on that bit of positive!

Good luck darl. Just take each day as it comes and try not to google too much. I'm 31 weeks preg and I had bleeding On and off from wk 7 to about wk 20. Was very stressful but bubs is perfectly fine. I had a polyp and a low lying Placenta so thats what seemed to be giving me grief. All has been smooth sailing mid second trimester. Bleeding can happen to many and for many reasons and many do not indicate a mc.

Thanks for the support. It's definitely stressful and you can't help but think the worse.

I had some bleeding at 11 weeks and it all turned out to be fine, they think it was just a cyst on my ovary popping (I thought only people with PCOS have that, but apparently not).
All the best, and think positive :-)

I have a cyst on one side and they said it will disappear when placenta comes in. So maybe that's what's happened

Well had the scan. No heartbeat. Devastated. Thinking d&c.
