    Default Sand

I don't really Care about sand. I have a few friends who hate it and go to crazy lengths to avoid it.

As long as the kids have had fun its all that matters. Better to be sand than dirt I say!

Ugh I hate it too. The texture freaks me out, and I really don't like touching it.. so you can imagine what happens to all the sand that ends up in my car from the boys' boots after a day at daycare. (Yeah, it's starting to pile up.. my car is like a portable beach atm)

Plus I also have to put up with all the kids at school trekking it into my classroom after play and lunch.. and they don't wash their hands and their hands have that gritty sandy, dirty feel.. *shudders* UGH!

Sand on the floor and salt spray on the windows. Bliss.

I can imagine red dust doesn't quite cut it.

I love the beach ... but hate the sandpit that comes home in DD2's shoes/pockets and undies from daycare. DS is no better with the bark from the playground at school, he has it all through his shoes and black under his nails everyday.
