I think Stephanie will pass away with Brooke there and Eric will arrive just as it happens

I know I think far too logically for B&B but as if Brooke wouldn't call Ridge and tell him to come to his dying mother!!!! Also had Eric not heard of a conference call??? He left his dying wife for a meeting that he could have postponed or been on the telephone!!!!

The final scene on Friday with Brooke and Stephanie looking over the mountains was horrific!! So so fake that back drop. Why did they have to go and ruin an emotional scene with that?!

I know for the most watched series in the world they can really skimp on things. Surely they have enough money to spend on better back drops and less fake scenes.

They do the show on the cheap that's for sure. Only time they have real outdoor scenes is in Aspen, which are clearly sponsored by Aspen's tourism body!

To me the cheesiness and cheapness is all part of Bold's charm in a way -- you can't possibly take the show too seriously (just try explaining the family trees and past marriages to someone who isn't a longtime watcher and hear how ridonk it sounds!), and high production values would just suggest that it's a real drama rather than a soap opera!!
