    Default what can i cook with these ingredients???

    my baby brain isn't working today. i want to cook something for dinner using:

    chicken breast
    mushrooms
    asparagus
    zucchini
    potato
    carrot

    i have rice too..

    anyone got any good ideas??

    Zucchini slice. Grate it all up add some eggs, flour, mix, bake. Yum

    Yep agree with above, zucchini slice or a frittata would be nice. Also there is a really good website you can use called supercook.com which lets you enter all the ingredients which you have and then gives you a list of recipes you can make using those ingredients.

    If you have aborio rice and vegetable or chicken stock I would make a risotto using all the ingredients you have listed, just fry until the veg is sauté and chicken is brown, add a few cups of stock and aborio, bring to the boil then simmer until cooked. Or you could do a stirfry or plain grilled chicken and veg if you have wholegrain mustard you could baste the chicken in that before cooking it.

    I would do a pasta bake or risotto with the chicken, mushrooms, asparagus and zucchini.

    Im having roast dinner cooked by DH (so it will taste twice as good since I am relaxing on the couch and he is slaving in the kitchen )

    You could good chicken pilaf or chicken paella! I just did and I am making chicken pilaf for dinner so easy all in 1 pot
